The update path is restructured to avoid reinitializing all of disabled cursor mode. Modification of shared state is moved out into shared code. This removes checking for libMoltenVK.dylib to avoid cryptic errors. This unfortunately also breaks compatibility with the standalone MoltenVK SDK.
